the staff team was helpful. had reasonably large twin/double room with a bath as well as shower and wake-up service was available in it. the service was excellent during all my fairly nice stay.

For a party people looking for a wild time, Residence Stine Split is the perfect place to stay. It's located right in the heart of the bustling city, just a short walk away from all the noisy bars and clubs. The rooms are top-notch, with double glazed windows that keep the noise out, ensuring a peaceful sleep after a night of partying. But the best part is the proximity to the main Riva and old town, making it easy to explore and immerse yourself in the vibrant nightlife.

The breakfast room could use some improvement. It would have been nice to have tables set up outside, allowing guests to enjoy their meal in the open air.

The rooms were air-conditioned and brand-new with a modern bathroom.

This place offers amazing facilities, a marvelous location, freshly made food, exceptional staff, and excellent service.

My family and I recently stayed at Residence Stine and we were blown away by the experience. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from all the hustle and bustle of Split city center. The newly opened hotel felt fresh and modern, with exceptionally spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The concierge was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information even though we arrived late at night. We appreciated the little touches like the prepared lunch packet for our tour and the delicious breakfast served in the garden every morning. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Although there were a few small drawbacks, such as the lack of cooling in the room during the colder season and the late check-in fee, they were minor inconveniences that didn't impact the overall positive experience. We would highly recommend Residence Stine to anyone visiting Split and looking for a modern, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel.

The hotel was fabulous and impeccably clean, its location was unbeatable to the central areas, excellent service. The room was modern and brand-new with an electronic key card, a work desk, and flat-screen television. And btw there were wonderful views of the inner courtyard!

The breakfast was nice and there were many options to choose from. the location was great, really close to the main area and easy to get around. the bed was comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep.

There were no phones in the rooms to contact the reception when needed. This made it difficult to communicate with the hotel staff when we had questions or requests.

Charming building, high-tech, lift for luggage, amazing shower, comfortable bed, delightful breakfast.

We stayed at a hotel not far from the Oldtown that had very helpful staff and provided a delicious breakfast. The hotel was well-decorated, modern, and clean with a nice garden view. The location was convenient to many nearby attractions.

The room ventilation was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel is situated in a great location, right in the heart of the town and very close to the main attractions. The rooms are modern and comfortable, providing all the basic necessities for a great stay. Breakfast is delicious and varied, catering to a range of dietary needs. the staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.

The only negative aspect was the difficulty in finding the hotel upon arrival, due to the narrow and confusing streets. However, once located, the hotel was easy to access and navigate.
